ברוכים הבאים לאתר לוח התכנון של 2net (להלן: „האתר”). השימוש באתר ובכל תוכן, כלי או שירות המוצעים בו (להלן יחד: „השירות”) כפוף לתנאים שלהלן. עצם הכניסה לאתר או השימוש בו מהווים אישור כי קראתם את התנאים, הבנתם אותם והסכמתם להם. אם אינכם מסכימים לתנאים, עליכם להימנע משימוש באתר.
1. השירות והשימוש המותר
האתר מספק כלי תכנון וארגון לשימוש אישי או עסקי לגיטימי. אתם מתחייבים להשתמש בו בהתאם לכל דין, בתום לב ולמטרות חוקיות בלבד. אין לנסות לשבש את פעילות האתר, לעקוף מנגנוני אבטחה, לקבל גישה בלתי מורשית, להחדיר קוד זדוני, לבצע כרייה או איסוף אוטומטי של מידע, להעמיס על התשתית או להשתמש באתר באופן העלול לפגוע באתר, במפעיליו או בצד שלישי.
2. תוכן, מידע ופרטיות המשתמש
האחריות לתוכן שאתם מזינים, מעלים, שומרים, משתפים או מייצאים באמצעות האתר חלה עליכם בלבד. עליכם לוודא שיש לכם את מלוא הזכויות וההרשאות להשתמש בתוכן וכי הוא אינו מפר דין או זכויות של אחרים. אין להזין מידע רגיש, סודי או קריטי ללא אמצעי גיבוי ואבטחה מתאימים.
בגרסה שבה המידע נשמר בדפדפן באמצעות localStorage, המידע עשוי להיות זמין רק בדפדפן ובמכשיר שבהם הוזן. ניקוי נתוני דפדפן, תקלה, עדכון, החלפת מכשיר או דפדפן, אובדן גישה או פעולה אחרת עלולים להביא למחיקתו או לאי־זמינותו. האחריות לבצע גיבויים מתאימים מוטלת על המשתמש.
3. זמינות, שינויים והפסקת השירות
השירות ניתן במתכונת „כמות שהוא” (AS IS) ו„ככל שהוא זמין” (AS AVAILABLE), ללא התחייבות כי יהיה רציף, מאובטח, נקי משגיאות או מתאים לצורך מסוים. מפעילי ובעלי האתר רשאים, בכל עת וללא הודעה מוקדמת, לעדכן, לשנות, להגביל, להשעות או להפסיק את האתר או כל חלק ממנו, לרבות תכונות, תוכן וגישה למידע.
4. אבטחת מידע, פריצות ואירועי סייבר
מפעילי האתר נוקטים מאמצים סבירים לשמירה על פעילותו, אולם אין מערכת חסינה לחלוטין. אין התחייבות שהאתר, השרתים או המידע יהיו מוגנים מפני פריצה, חדירה, תוכנה זדונית, מתקפת מניעת שירות, גניבה, שינוי, חשיפה, מחיקה, אובדן או גישה בלתי מורשית. בכפוף לכל דין, השימוש באתר והעברת מידע אליו נעשים על אחריות המשתמש, ולא תהיה למשתמש טענה בגין אירוע כאמור שאינו נובע מאחריות שלא ניתן להגביל על פי דין.
5. היעדר ייעוץ והסתמכות
האתר הוא כלי עזר כללי בלבד. התוכן והתוצרים שבו אינם מהווים ייעוץ מקצועי, משפטי, רפואי, פיננסי או אחר, ואין להסתמך עליהם כתחליף לבדיקה עצמאית או לייעוץ מוסמך. באחריות המשתמש לבדוק את נכונות, שלמות והתאמת המידע לצרכיו.
6. קישורים ושירותי צד שלישי
האתר עשוי לכלול קישורים, ממשקים או שירותים של צדדים שלישיים. הם מופעלים באחריות אותם צדדים ובהתאם לתנאיהם. מפעילי האתר אינם שולטים בהם ואינם אחראים לזמינותם, אבטחתם, תוכנם, מדיניותם או לכל נזק שייגרם עקב השימוש בהם.
7. זכויות יוצרים וקניין רוחני
האתר מוגן בזכויות יוצרים ובדיני קניין רוחני. כל הזכויות באתר שמורות לבעלי האתר. בכלל זה, ומבלי לגרוע מכלליות האמור: העיצוב, המראה, המבנה, קוד המקור, קוד התוכנה, הטקסטים, הגרפיקה, הסמלים, התמונות, הממשק, מאגרי המידע, השם והמיתוג מוגנים, ככל שהם בבעלות בעלי האתר או נמסרו לשימושם כדין.
אין להעתיק את האתר או כל חלק ממנו. ללא אישור מפורש מראש ובכתב מבעלי הזכויות, אסור להעתיק, לשכפל, לצלם, לפרסם, להפיץ, להציג, לתרגם, לשנות, ליצור יצירה נגזרת, לבצע הנדסה לאחור, למכור, להשכיר, להעניק רישיון, להעמיד לרשות הציבור או לעשות שימוש מסחרי באתר או בחלק ממנו. מותר להשתמש בשירות עצמו לצרכיו המותרים של המשתמש בלבד. אין בתנאים אלה כדי להקנות למשתמש זכות בעלות כלשהי באתר.
8. הגבלת אחריות
במידה המרבית המותרת על פי דין, מפעילי האתר, בעליו, עובדיהם, נציגיהם וספקיהם לא יישאו באחריות לנזק ישיר או עקיף, תוצאתי, מיוחד, מקרי או עונשי, לרבות אובדן מידע, רווח, הכנסה, מוניטין, הזדמנות עסקית או זמן עבודה, הנובע מהשימוש באתר או מחוסר האפשרות להשתמש בו; מתקלה, שגיאה, השבתה, עיכוב או אובדן מידע; מפריצה או אירוע סייבר; או משירות של צד שלישי.
ככל שעל אף האמור תיקבע אחריות שלא ניתן לשלול, אחריותם המצטברת של מפעילי ובעלי האתר לא תעלה על הסכום ששילם המשתמש בפועל בעד השירות ב־12 החודשים שקדמו לאירוע נשוא הדרישה. מגבלה זו אינה חלה על אחריות שלא ניתן להגביל או לשלול על פי דין.
9. שיפוי
בכפוף לדין, אתם מתחייבים לשפות את מפעילי ובעלי האתר, עובדיהם ונציגיהם בגין דרישה, נזק, הפסד או הוצאה סבירים שינבעו מהפרת תנאים אלה, משימוש בלתי חוקי או בלתי מורשה באתר, מתוכן שהעליתם או מפגיעה בזכויות צד שלישי.
10. כוח עליון
מפעילי האתר לא יישאו באחריות לעיכוב, שיבוש או אי־ביצוע הנובעים מנסיבות שאינן בשליטתם הסבירה, לרבות תקלות חשמל או תקשורת, כשלי ספקי אחסון וענן, אסונות טבע, מלחמה, פעולות טרור, שביתה, הוראות רשות מוסמכת, מגפה או מתקפות סייבר.
11. שינוי התנאים
מפעילי האתר רשאים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. הנוסח המחייב הוא הנוסח שיפורסם בדף זה, והמועד בראש הדף יציין את העדכון האחרון. המשך השימוש באתר לאחר עדכון התנאים מהווה הסכמה לנוסח המעודכן.
12. דין, הפרדה ושלמות ההסכם
על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, ללא תחולה לכללי ברירת הדין שלה, וסמכות השיפוט תהיה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל, בכפוף להוראות דין קוגנטיות. אם הוראה כלשהי תימצא בלתי תקפה, היא תצומצם במידה הדרושה ויתר ההוראות יישארו בתוקף. הימנעות מאכיפת זכות אינה מהווה ויתור עליה.

Clearing browser data, faults, updates, changing a device or browser, loss of access, or other actions may delete it or make it unavailable. You are responsible for maintaining suitable backups.
3. Availability, changes, and termination
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. The Site's owners and operators may update, change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time and without prior notice, including features, content, and access to information.
4. Information security, breaches, and cyber incidents
The Site's operators use reasonable efforts to maintain the Site, but no system is entirely secure. If liability that cannot be excluded is nevertheless established, the aggregate liability of the Site's owners and operators will not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 9. Indemnification
Subject to applicable law, you agree to indemnify the Site's owners, operators, employees, and representatives against reasonable claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site, content you submitted, or infringement of a third party's rights.
10. Force majeure
The Site's operators will not be liable for delay, interruption, or failure caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including power or communications failures, hosting or cloud-provider failures, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government orders, epidemics, or cyberattacks.
11. Changes to these Terms
The Site's operators may revise these Terms from time to time. The binding version is the version published on this page, and the date above identifies the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law, severability, and entire agreement
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and jurisdiction will lie with the competent courts in Israel, subject to mandatory law. If any provision is held invalid, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
